Carlos worked part time for a General Contractor in Marin County for seven years since the age of 16. These summers and weekends spent on the jobsite made him passionate about construction. The general contractor took Carlos under his wings and taught him everything he knew: from reading plans, to start the foundation, to the finish carpentry.
After seven years Carlos moved to a bigger construction company where he started as a carpenter. Soon he became a lead man, a foreman, and a superintendent. In every position, his passion for the industry grew and he learned the importance of working together. Carlos has been a superintendent for four years and in the construction for 25 years.
"Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success."
